Wedding Photographers at The Highland Manor Apopka

Photographer Steven and his assistant Anthony had so much fun capturing Makayla and Angel’s Wedding at The Highland Manor in Apopka, Florida! As you can tell from our previous blog posts, we absolutely love this venue and consider it a second home! Makayla, Angel, and their bridal party got ready at the The Hilton Garden Inn Apopka right next door. We captured some candids of Makayla getting all glammed up by Maiiavo Muah and then got started on her bridal flat lay. After we crafted and captured all of her flat lay details, we made our way over to Angel’s room to grab some fun photos of him and his groomsmen getting ready! It was then time to migrate over to Highland Manor where we took detail photos of Makayla’s beautiful dress and veil from Lazaro – The Collection Bridal. She then got dressed, and it was time for the first look with Angel! This first look in front of the house was so sweet, and Mikayla looked gorgeous in her dress and veil! We had a ton of fun with different poses during couple’s portraits! After this, we jumped right into wedding party portraits. Notice the beautiful colors of the bridesmaids dresses! We captured some fun group photos, then it was time for the ceremony!

Makayla was walked down the aisle by both her mom and dad, which was a super sweet moment. The ceremony was led by Reverend Luis Gonzales and consisted of exchanging personal vows, a ring exchange, and a kiss! After everyone cheered and watched the newly weds walk back down the aisle, we captured some family portraits before heading inside the ballroom for the reception. Now it was time to celebrate! The Highland Manor Ballroom was decorated beautifully with decor by Linens & Flower Design, and notice the Funko pops on each table as centerpieces! We also loved their cake topper which was their two cute pups! Mikayla and Angel shared their first dance, danced with their parents, and listened to toasts by family members before enjoying a delicious dinner catered by Dubsdread Catering. During dinner, we hope Makayla and Angel know that we noticed Kingdom of Hearts playing since we are all gamers lol! After dinner, the couple cut their cake, Angel tossed the garter, Makayla tossed her bouquet, and now it was time to dance! Julio Enamorado of Up All Night Music kept the dance floor packed all night, and we enjoyed capturing Makayla and Angel dancing with their friends and family!
