Orlando Private Backyard Event Photographer

Event Photographer Steven had an incredible time capturing a gorgeous birthday celebration for our friend Lora with Overeasy Events in a private backyard! Whenever Lora puts together an Orlando event, we know it’s going to look amazing and full of details to capture. This backyard event did not disappoint! Upon arrival, we immediately began capturing all of the furniture, decor, and details primarily provided by Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals, with floral arrangements created by Fairbanks Florist! Check out the custom shelf setup for guests to leave their shoes, purses, jackets, etc; such a great idea! Chef Bob Aungst and his team were hard at work in the kitchen preparing all of the delicious food, as The Vintage Dish was delivering and unwrapping the custom dishware and china. Chef Michael of Michael Anthony Cakes was also delivering desserts, and Pizza Bruno was heating their clay oven in the front yard for hand-crafted pizzas! Did you notice the ‘guestbooks’?! They happen to be Lora and Sandy’s favorite records, so guests had the opportunity to sign the vinyl as their guestbooks, how awesome is that?! Steven was absolutely diggin’ the music vibes throughout their event.

Once guests starting arriving, we captured candids of everyone mingling, grabbing drinks from the expert bartenders from My Bar Service. DJ Nigel was spinning some great beats on vinyl, yes vinyl!! No digital mixers from this guy, he was incredibly talented, and he was later joined by a saxophone player! We made sure to grab some details of every dish presented by the chef, which absolutely kept Steven hungry! They were so sweet to make sure we got fed too, the food was delicious! Pizza and salad from Pizza Bruno was served later in the afternoon, as well as italian desserts from Francesco’s, yum!! We snuck the family away from the party for some quick group photos, taking advantage of the gorgeous lighting! Lora’s husband made sure to deliver a heartfelt speech wishing her and her Mom a wonderful birthday; followed by blowing out candles on a bundt cake! Tears were definitely shed :). Congratulations to them on such a great birthday after this crazy pandemic, it was well deserved, and we can’t thank them enough for asking us to capture this great day!
