Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Orlando Wedding Photographer

Photographer Michael had such a great time capturing Jackie & David’s wedding at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! Michael started off the day capturing some hair and makeup touch ups, and detail shots of Jackie’s beautiful dress and rings. Fairytail Pet Care, was taking care of the bride and groom’s adorable pups, Oskar and Mika who we captured a few pics of! Michael then headed over to David’s room and captured him opening a bunch of Magic The Gathering boxes with his friends then having a tournament in the room! After this, Michael grabbed some detailed photos of David getting ready, then headed back to Jackie’s room for her first look with her dad. This first look was such a sweet moment, it took place on the room’s balcony!

It was now time for the ceremony! The Oak Terrace was displayed beautifully with an arch at the front of the ceremony, aisle flowers, and their dogs serving as the flower girl and ring bearer which was adorable! The ceremony was officiated by Theresa Knox of A Beautiful Ceremony and consisted of a ring exchange and a kiss to seal the deal! Directly after the recessional, we went into capturing family portraits quickly since the sun was setting. Then it was time to celebrate!

The reception was held in the beautiful La Coquina ballroom! Since the guest list had only 50 people, this reception was very sweet and intimate. Jackie and David had their first dance on a cloud! This cloud effect was done by Fyerfly Productions and it is always so cool to watch and capture! After this, a few family members said their toasts, then everyone enjoyed dinner. Directly after dinner they cut the cake as newly weds and served it to all of their guests! Jackie and her father shared a dance which we captured, then we said our goodbyes to the couple and goodnight to Merlot (the Grand Cypress Bird) to wrap up the night!
