Central Florida Perfect Wedding Guide History Center Events

There’s nothing better than capturing an event completely surrounded by your friends within the industry! Photographer Steven Miller recently captured the Perfect Wedding Guide’s Vendor Luncheon, which was held at the beautiful Orange County Regional History Center, right in the heart of Downtown Orlando! Local wedding vendors were invited to attend and have a great time networking and enjoying a delicious lunch created by Cocktails Catering! Vendors were also invited to bring an unwrapped toy to donate towards different charity organizations, including United Against Poverty, Wraparound Orange, Toys for Tots, and more! We had an amazing group of teams putting together the entire event! The afternoon began with a cocktail hour, with Jeff Scott and his Jazz Group providing the great live music while guests sipped on freshly-brewed hot chocolate! Check out the beautiful vintage furniture rentals throughout the luncheone brought in from Runway Events! Our favorites were the ladder and the chairs during the cocktail hour! Once tables were set, guests proceeded to the main ballroom for lunch! Cocktails Catering provided the delicious lunch, while DJ Joe of Elegant Entertainment provided the festive Holiday music! Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals provided the table chargers, chairs, and decor, and Flower Girl Designs provided the beautiful floral arrangements! Anna Cakes created their delicious cupcakes, festively decorated of course, and we owe a special thanks to Rachael and her team at Dandy Details Events for their event coordination throughout the day! We were so honored to participate in this amazing luncheon, and as always, was great catching up with so many wedding friends in the industry! This truly is our family!!! Happy Holidays!!
