Wedding Photographers at Noah’s Event Venue

Wedding Photographer Steven and his assistant Michael had a great time capturing the wedding of Rachael and John at Noah’s Event Venue in Lake Mary, Florida! We started off with preparations, which is so convenient considering that Noah’s Event Venue provided two separate suites for the bride and groom (and their bridal party) to get ready in! Hair and makeup services were provided by Kristy’s Artistry Design Team, and Rachael was stunning! Fiora Design Studio created the incredible floral arrangements as well! After preparations, we met up with John outside for his first look with Rachael! It was amazing for us, along with the videographer from 5 Star Production to capture this sweet moment between the couple! We followed their wedding first look with bridal party portraits, and then personal portraits of the couple around Noah’s and the surrounding scenery before we began heading back for their outdoor wedding ceremony!

At the ceremony location outside the courtyard of the Noah’s Event Venue, you could hear the lovely music of the harpist Kathleen Attanasi from Harps Unlimited playing! Officiated by Renee Silverman from A Lovely Ceremony, the couple had a wine box ceremony, which is when the couple writes letters to each other and places them inside a wine box along with a bottle of wine. The letters will remain sealed until their one year anniversary, which at that point they can open the box, read the letters, and enjoy their bottle of wine! After the ceremony, we captured family portraits along with some more bridal party photos before we headed inside Noah’s iconic ballroom!

From the moment you entered the ballroom, your eyes take you to the lovely drapery leading to the gorgeous chandeliers that hung from the ceiling! We certainly noticed Rachael and John’s football themed décor on each table, guess their favorite team! If only John remembered to bring the “Bear Head”! Great job Alex and Kristina from Plan It Events and Management for doing such a great job coordinating the whole event! DJ JW from Meister Productions provided great music and a photo booth that kept everyone dancing along with the drinks provided by Jessica from Shekar & Oinos (S&O)! The food was provided by Premier Events Services and the cake from the Bakery at Publix looked so yummy! As evening approached, we snuck out the couple for some sunset photos, then photographed the rest of the party until the sparkler sendoff!
