Wedding Photographers Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

Wedding Photographer Steven Miller, with wedding assistant Amanda, had a such a great day capturing the wedding of Julia and Ryan at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida! Hyatt Grand Cypress is basically a second home for us, we’ve photographed so many weddings here! However, we still find new photo spots and ideas every time!! We started their big day capturing preparations in their respective bridal and groom suites, which are conveniently close at this venue! Bella by Yanice provided their amazing bridal hair styling services and was responsible for applying Julia’s beautiful makeup! Once wedding preparations were finished, we had them open their exchanged wedding day gifts, then we headed outside by the garden to stage their first look, but first Julia wanted to surprise her dad! Ryan soon followed outside to see his bride before the wedding ceremony, and his reaction was priceless!! We snuck in a few bridal party portraits and personal portraits before heading to one of the hospitality suites for their Ketubah signing with their rabbi! Once the Ketubah signing was finished, we proceeded with their Jewish wedding ceremony outside at Cypress Pointe!

Their Jewish ceremony included readings from their Rabbi, Paul Offenkrantz, the Seven Blessings recited over the cup of wine, and of course, the breaking of the glass, followed by the kiss! Once they exchanged their I-Do’s, we captured their family portraits before heading inside to their reception! It was a bit hot on this wedding day, so we moved the family portraits very quickly so everyone could head inside and enjoy cocktail hour!

The reception took place at La Coquina, which was beautifully decorated with Flowers by Michelle of Bluegrass Chic Floral Designs, and decor and chairs from the team at A Chair Affair! It came all together with the help of coordinator Rachael and her amazing wedding team at Dandy Details Events!! Wedding food and cake were provided by the awesome team of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! After their introductions, Julia and Ryan shared their first dance which they practiced and rehearsed to make sure it was picture perfect! We had a blast at the wedding reception, and DJ Enzo and Matt of White Rose Entertainment did a fantastic job keeping the dance floor packed with their awesome tunes! We also have to hand it to White Rose, they ALWAYS know how to light a room with their signature uplighting, check out the color in La Coquina thanks to them! After a pretty intense Florida thunderstorm, we managed to sneak the couple out during their reception for a few more portraits in front of the hotel (we loooove night portraits!). We had such a great time, and we wish Julia and Ryan all the best for the future! Congratulations guys!!!
