Tavares Pavilion on the Lake Wedding Photography

Photographer Nelson had such a beautiful time capturing Caitlin and Kaleb’s intimate wedding day in Leesburg, Florida at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake! This was a short and sweet afternoon celebration, and we began the day with Kaleb, who was already fully dressed and ready to go when we arrived! We took a few staged getting-ready photos with him before heading upstairs to check in with Caitlin as she was finishing her final touches. Caitlin chose to share a touching first look with her father, followed by a sweet first look with Kaleb. Both moments were filled with genuine expressions and heartfelt reactions, and it was such a privilege to witness and capture those raw, candid emotions. After this, it was time for the ceremony!

The ceremony took place downstairs and was officiated by Perry (a family member), making the whole experience feel incredibly personal and special. Kaleb walked down the aisle with both his mom and dad, the bridal party included Caitlin’s best friend as her Maid of Honor, and Kaleb’s sister stood by his side as his Best Woman. The Flower Man, Caitlin’s brother, brought the fun! Caitlin made her entrance escorted by both her mom and dad, and although she and Kaleb had already shared a first look, his face lit up as if he was seeing her for the first time all over again. They exchanged personal vows and rings, shared a kiss, and just like that, they were announced husband and wife!

After the ceremony, we captured family portraits before heading just outside the venue to a nearby park for couple portraits. Leesburg is known for its lakes and seaplanes, and we were lucky enough to capture Caitlin and Kaleb in front of one of the planes, which made for such a cool and unique photo moment! It was definitely a hot Florida afternoon, so once we wrapped up outdoors, we took advantage of the venue’s air conditioning and the gorgeous grand staircase that overlooks the lake for a few indoor portraits. Then, it was time to celebrate! Food was catered by the amazing Big City Catering, and Justin of All Good Entertainment kept the dance floor alive! We ended our coverage with a sweet cake cutting. Congratulations again Caitlin and Kaleb, we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure!
