Leu Gardens Orlando Wedding Photography

Photographers Michael and Nelson have really been looking forward to Katie and Ben’s wedding at Holy Family Catholic Church and Leu Gardens! They started out the day meeting the bride and groom at the Residence Inn by Marriott to photograph the getting ready shots. Having two photographers on wedding day is a huge help because we can be in two places at once! With this wedding, Nelson captured Ben and the groomsmen getting ready while Michael captured Katie and her bridesmaids getting ready and having their makeup done by Makeover Station. After everyone was dressed and ready, the bride and groom had their first look, where they get to see each other for the first time on wedding day! Katie the bride made this first look extra special because she gave Ben her grandfather’s pocket knife during the first look. After this beautiful moment, everyone headed over to the Holy Family Catholic Church to first take some wedding party photos and then see Katie and Ben get married! The ceremony took place in the Holy Family Chapel which was beautifully renovated since the last time we were there! After the ceremony formalities, Katie and Ben sealed the deal with a kiss and were pronounced husband and wife for the first time ever!

After the ceremony, everyone headed over to the wedding reception at Leu Gardens! Guests enjoyed watching Katie and Ben’s first dance, ate a delicious dinner catered by Puff and Stuff Catering, and heard toasts by the couple. Then, DJ Chuck Johnson kicked off the party with some music and invited everyone onto the dance floor! Katie even surprised her parents by playing their wedding song, so all of their guests danced to their song, it was so sweet! It was then time for dessert, and everyone enjoyed a delicious cake from Publix after Katie and Ben cut the cake. When all of the guests were enjoying dancing, Michael and Nelson took Katie and Ben outside for some sunset portraits. After the night winded down, all of the guests lined up with bubbles and glowsticks in hand and sent off the newly weds! Katie and Ben, thank you for such a fun filled wedding day! We wish you both nothing but love and happiness!
