Photographer Steven, his assistant Jake, and Anthony as the day of social media content creator had such a blast capturing Ciara and Brandon’s magical wedding at the Historic Venue 1902! This is such an awesome location, it is an award winning historic schoolhouse converted into a wedding venue! They have a suites for both the bride and the groom, so the entire day took place on site! Florida insisted on providing good luck rain throughout the day, but this isn’t our first rodeo. We made sure to dance around the rain and we are so happy with what we captured once it stopped raining!
We started off the day meeting Ciara and her bride tribe in her getting ready suite. We designed her flat lay with her details including a personalized perfume bottle, crown, and two pairs of wedding shoes. As she was finishing up hair and makeup done by Sam of Kristy’s Artistry Design Team, we grabbed some quick photos of her dress made by Algeria’s Brides (Vladiyan) then made our way over to Brandon’s suite! We greeted Brandon and his boys and snapped a couple cool pics at the pool table! Ciara had an awesome wedding gift surprise for Brandon, an Ironman helmet he could wear! We captured Brandon’s reaction and finished up photos of him and the guys getting ready. Check out their awesome superhero socks! By this time, Ciara was in her gorgeous dress, and we captured the first look with her and her father in the iconic classroom downstairs. We then captured the first look between Ciara and Brandon, which was such a sweet moment! Once everyone was ready, we captured the wedding party portraits and the personal portraits of both the bride and groom. As the day of social media content creator, Anthony orchestrated a few Tik-Tok videos for them! Since these are sometimes time consuming, we always make sure there is time in the timeline dedicated to social media when we are hired as content creators!
Now, it’s time for the ceremony! The ceremony took place upstairs in the old school cafeteria which is now a perfect location for ceremony and reception! Ceremony consisted of an awesome flower guy that went down the aisle right before Ciara, the ring exchange, and of course a kiss to seal the deal! They also rang the school bell right after their ceremony and you could hear it all the way from outside which is a super cool touch to this venue! To make it official, we brought them back to the classroom downstairs for a fun photo signing the marriage license. We followed this with family portraits outside since we had a break from the rain, then snuck in a few more bride and groom portraits in front of the venue while we had the change. Check out the marquee in front with their wedding announcement, how sweet is that!
After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate! The reception was held in the cafeteria as well, and this layout was beautiful! The sweetheart table was up on stage, and they even had an entire table dedicated to desserts with treats from Gideons Bakehouse and Sams Club. They started off the night with the introductions, and Brandon entered with his ironman helmet Ciara gave to him! They then shared dances, listened to their family member’s sweet speeches, and enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by Premier Catering. To get ready for dancing, Ciara switched dresses as a surprise for Brandon and it was beautiful! Pyramid Disc Jockeys then kept the dance floor going all night! We snuck Ciara and Brandon outside for some night portraits and added some orange lights to the building for a fun glow! To say goodbye and congratulations, all of their guests lined up and did a sparkler send off! To Ciara and Brandon, thank you for such a fun wedding day, and congratulations!
