Photographer Steven enjoyed photographing this corporate conference at Reunion Resort, in Kissimmee Florida. This was a three-day corporate conference for nationwide attendees and was filled with fun onsite and offsite events, breakout sessions, tradeshow, keynotes, and more! Day one began with their golf tournament on all 18 holes (photographer tip: you can cover more groups and capture more candid’s by carting around the course backwards!) That afternoon, the conference hosted a Hawaiian-themed luau at the Seven Eagles pool, across from the main resort. Check out those hula dancers and the fire dancer! Day two consisted of keynote speakers, their annual award ceremony, and breakouts throughout the convention space. After this, attendees headed to the incredible prohibition-themed dinner/reception, planned by Exclusive Events and Destination Management, and took place at Eleven, Reunion’s rooftop restaurant space. This restaurant offers views overlooking Orlando and Kissimmee, and provided a gorgeous sunset that night. They even had a live band, Z Street Speakeasy Band, with flapper dancers, and even a live cigar wrapping station! Aside from dancing and networking, attendees got to enjoy phenomenal food provided by Reunion Resort Catering. The last day hosted another trade show in the Grande Ballroom, followed by a relaxing evening event, offsite, at Top Golf, across from the Orange County Convention Center. Steven captured great candids and groups of guests at the tees and swinging golf clubs! We also provided daily slideshows to the clients on this one, to make sure they had images to share on social throughout the conference. Conferences like these typically run from morning to evening, so make sure you are booking photographers that can handle multiple long days in a row!
