Most conferences and conventions require full day photography coverage, but we also offer hourly options for shorter or smaller events. Hourly rates start at $400 per photographer, and we can offer multiple photographers if needed!

We include light editing of your event images with every package.  Conventions and conferences provide a wide variety of lighting challenges indoors, so make sure you’re booking a photographer who knows how to light a room, especially a ballroom!  Upon completion of the conference, we’ll touch up all images and ensure they’re all bright, colorful, and consistent, our professional promise!

Once all images are edited and exported, we provide a full digital download to any client contacts via email, ensuring secure, easy delivery.  We also have upgraded online gallery options, providing a visually-friendly website for any attendees who would like to see, order, or download images from the conference!  Ideal for receptions, award ceremonies, cocktail hours, or conventions!
