Every year Audubon Park Garden District has an event that registers a seismic jolt in the Force among Star Wars fans in Orlando, Florida! May the Fourth also known as Star Wars Day, May 4, celebrates George Lucas’ Star Wars, and it takes over our neighborhood!!
Our favorite Orlando Main Street, Audubon Park Garden District, hosted this annual May The Fourth Be With You Sip and Stroll (get it, May the 4th be with you?). Patrons and locals dressed up like their favorite Star Wars characters all while enjoying craft beer and boutique wine at Redlight Redlight, Bikes Beans & Bordeaux Café, and other local businesses! While traveling through hyperspace, The Lovely Boutique and Sprinkles Jewelry & Gifts joined the force by offering some amazing Star Wars toys and themed shirts! Even our very own East End Market, home of Steven Miller Photography got one with the Force where La Femme Du Fromage served up some Star Wars inspired drinks and little marshmallow treats! We truly love how much creativity sparks from our local Audubon Park community; makes sense they won National Main Street of the Year award in 2016!! We can’t wait for the next cosmic celebration!
