Photographer Steven had a blast traveling from Orlando to Pittsburgh to capture the NIRSA Conference! This is our 11th conference we’ve photographed for this client, they’ve been taking us with them as they travel to different cities every year. The 2023 Conference took place at David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Downtown Pittsburgh. Even though we are from Orlando, we will meet you where your conference or event is taking place; traveling is never a problem for us!
During this conference, we captured multiple events throughout the week including classes, education sessions, and roundtable discussions. These events were perfect opportunities to capture talking, action, and interactions between the attendees and leaders. The conference hosted an offsite event, the All-Conference Social, at the Heinz History Center where we captured guests mingling and enjoying their time. We also took some lunches to walk around Downtown Pittsburgh for some fun creative group shots and candids of attendees around the city!
Conferences like this are packed with activities each day, so it’s crucial to have a photography team that can either split up or create a detailed photo schedule for each day. This way, we can plan our coverage from morning to evening efficiently. We also ensure to hold timeline meetings with our clients before the conference to gather all necessary information in advance, reducing last-minute questions while they are focused on the event. We’re proud to have photographed our 11th conference for NIRSA, which we believe reflects our commitment to quality and consistency.
