Photographers Steven Miller and Michael had a great time capturing Friends and Allies Brewing‘s very first crawfish boil!! Founded in 2015, Friends and Allies provides a very fresh perspective on not only their brews and events, but also on their relationships with their local community, something we admire and value very much!! We were immediately welcomed into their family upon arrival, and their attendees embraced our photography from the very start, which isn’t very often when they’re not expecting photography coverage!
The brewery actually shares the same repurposed warehouse building as North America’s largest bouldering gym, Austin Bouldering Project, as well as Austin Eastcider’s Collaboratory, right in the heart of Austin’s trendy East Side district! We had an absolutely awesome time at the boil, and of course HAD to try a tray of them ourselves, which was also a first for us! They were delicious, and thanks to Capital Crawfish Company for providing them! A huge thank you to Friends and Allies Brewing for hiring us for their event, and we can’t wait to see them again soon!!
