Photographer Nelson had a wonderful time capturing Laura and Drew’s intimate wedding at Carl T. Langford Park! Nelson started off capturing the beautiful wedding day details around the park such as the welcome sign, rings, florals, a tarot card named ‘The Lovers’, and the ceremony space which was under the gazebo and surrounded by trees. Laura and Drew love nature, and they wanted to make sure trees and other nature elements were incorporated throughout the day. Nelson mentioned that he immediately felt at peace when he arrived and started capturing the setup. Once their guests arrived, it was time for the outdoor ceremony! The bride, Laura, walked down the aisle to the soothing sounds of a live performance of crystal bowls. Once she made it to the alter, the couple exchanged vows, shared a kiss, and even planted a Red Maple during their ceremony together since in honor of their love for nature, and of course Earth Day! The ceremony concluded and Nelson captured some family photos and additional couple’s portraits around the park making sure to incorporate as much green and nature as possible. To Laura and Drew, congratulations! We could not have asked for a more genuine, sweet, and loving couple!
