Florida Wedding Photographers Tavares Pavilion on the Lake

Wedding Photographer Michael and Nelson from Steven Miller Photography had such a fun time capturing the wedding of Christine and Rick at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake in Tavares, FL! We began the day at their private home where both Christine and Rick were preparing for their wedding within their respective suites! Michael began the day in Christine’s room, capturing her bridal preparations and the final touches on her hair and makeup by Hair on the Run! Once she was ready, Christine requested to have a first look with her father in her suite which was such a teary, sweet moment between father and daughter! While Michael was with the bride, Nelson proceeded over to the ceremony location to take a few portraits of Rick and his groomsmen before the wedding ceremony!

Their indoor church ceremony was held at the Orthodox Church of St. Stephens the Protomartyr in Longwood FL! Officiated by Father Daniel Hickman, Christine and Rick read their vows, exchanged their rings, and were given lit candles to hold for the rest of the ceremony! The father then placed floral crowns on the their heads, then led the couple around the altar three times, and ended the ceremony by reciting a blessing upon the newlyweds. After the wedding, we captured family portraits inside the church then proceeded outside to get some bridal party portraits before we headed to the reception venue!

Before the reception began at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake, we took some additional family portraits and then captured the bridal portraits around the venue, which offers some great lake-side and natural scenery! Once we were done, it was time for Christine and Rick to make their grand entrance right onto the dance floor of the lower ballroom for their first dance! After all the first dances, it was time for the guests to head upstairs to enjoy the beautiful table decorations by Ariel’s Flowers and Gifts. The delicious dinner was provided by Pisces Rising! As the evening progressed and the guests were dancing the night away to the tunes of DJ Live Productions, we snuck the couple out for some sunset portraits before they cut the cake designed by Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique! As we faced the end of the night, all of the guests cleared the dance floor for one last dance with just Christine and Rick! It was then time to bid farewell to our couple as they walked under a glow stick exit! This was such an amazing wedding, and we’d like to thank our friend Amanda Concelman for her amazing wedding planning leading up to and during the wedding day!!
