Where do we begin with Sonia and Jose’s wedding day??!! This has to be one of our favorite weddings of 2015, such a fun couple and amazing venue and wedding team!! We began capturing Sonia’s wedding preparations at a private residence in downtown St Augustine, with bridal hair and makeup services provided by Amanda Hopcraft! The beautiful floral arrangements were created by Nulita Loder of Jade Violet Wedding Floral Boutique! Once the ladies were ready, we proceeded over to the Lightner Museum to meetup with Jose and set him up for their intimate first look right inside the Lightner Museum’s courtyard! We then took them and their bridal party around the property for some fun portraits, and when we’d had enough of the Florida heat, we proceeded over to the River House for their waterfront outdoor ceremony on the Riverhouse terrace! We setup a secret reveal with Sonia and her dad, which was quite an emotional moment!

After their I-Do’s and the kiss during the ceremony, we captured family portraits and grabbed room shots of their reception setup in Riverhouse’s Grand Ballroom. DJ Jonathan of Feedback Entertainment provided the beautiful uplighting, photobooth, and rocked the dance floor throughout the night with great music! Bar and Catering services were provided by Executive Food Services, and the awesome wedding cakes were prepared by Crave Confections by Janel Waters! We also had the pleasure working beside the Mikes of Fuel Video Productions. We snuck Jose and Sonia outside for a few more portraits closer to sunset, and would you believe they had chicken and waffles served to their guests as well?! They had an awesome wedding exit via St. Augustine trolley from Trolley Tours!!! Special thanks to Dawn of The Wedding Authority, who provided excellent wedding coordination throughout the day! WHAT a fun wedding day, we’re so happy Sonia and Jose brought us along to capture such an amazing day, and we hope they enjoy their sneak peek!! Wedding complete!!!
