What a fun wedding day this was for our photography team! Michelle and Andy chose a perfect venue, Paradise Cove Orlando, filled with beautiful swinging palms, sandy white beaches, and a peaceful, tropical feel that made their day amazing! We began with capturing Michelle getting her hair and makeup done by the wonderful Janice Dimeo and LeJeune Hair and Makeup Artistry in her bridal cottage at Paradise Cove. Since the couple had beautiful wedding rings from IDC & Jared, we decided to create a flat lay to capture them along with some other bridal and invitation details. Meanwhile Michelle’s bridal party helped her slip into her beautiful dress by The Dressing Room, designed by Justin Alexander. Shortly after, Andy and his groomsman made their way over to relax in the groom’s cottage. While the bridal party was having fun and getting ready for the day, Lee Forrest Design arrived with all of the gorgeous florals! We helped the guys pin on their boutonnieres since this can be a bit tricky at times! When everyone was glammed up and ready to go, we made our way outside to capture the first look between the bride and groom. This is the moment that Andy saw Michelle in her wedding dress for the first time, and it was absolutely magical! Our team captured this moment right outside of Michelle’s cottage, and after this, our team cruised around the venue and captured personal portraits until it was time for the ceremony. They also did a gift exchange prior to the ceremony where they gave each other surprise gifts. The little ring bearer took care of the gift delivery!
After this adorable moment, we prepared for the ceremony. All of the guests attending were so excited to see Michelle and Andy get married. All of the sudden everyone started to hear a boat approaching. It was the groom and groomsman making a surprise entrance! How cool is that?! All of the guests were cheering and laughing as the guys got off of the boat and got ready for the ceremony. After everyone walked down the aisle, Michelle and Andy’s friends and family watched as Glynn Ferguson of Sensational Ceremonies recited what the couple loved about each other before vows. The couple then recited their vows, exchanged rings, said their I do’s, and pronounced husband and wife!
While all of their guests headed to cocktail hour, our team captured family photos and some portraits following the ceremony. We then headed over to Paradise Cove’s signature covered reception pavilion to capture the reception details before the guests entered the room, which made it easier since the couple opted for a first look! During cocktail hour, guests loved the bar service provided by the amazing Serve All Catering. The guests soon started to make their way over to the reception pavilion where Meister Productions kicked off the night with the couple’s favorite tunes! The reception included the ‘newlyweds’ first dance, toasts from a few family members, and a delicious dinner catered by Serve All Catering! The bride, groom, and guests even got to enjoy a rocket launch by Cape Canaveral, with a perfect view over Lake Bryan! Meister Productions rocked the reception all night long, and even gave a surprise birthday shout out to one of Michelle’s friends. While the guests were preparing for the couple’s grand exit, Michelle and Andy had a private last dance filled with laughs and smiles. The couple then got a bubble filled send off, and got onto a boat for their grand exit! Photographer Steven Miller went on the boat with the couple which was super cool, and snuck some photos of them on the boat with Paradise Cove as their backdrop for their last photos so they can remember the amazing wedding day for the rest of their lives! A special thank you goes to Kristy Rapp Events for all of their help and coordination throughout the day! Congratulations Michelle and Andy, we can’t thank you enough for sharing your wedding day with us!
