DoubleTree Suites Hilton Tampa Bay Weddings

Wedding Photographer Steven and assistant Megan recently captured the wedding of Kevin and Sarah at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Tampa Bay, FL! We’ve seriously been waiting so long for this amazing day!!! It seems like only a few days ago they flew us to Philadelphia to capture their engagement pictures and now they are finally saying their I Do’s! Steven began the day photographing the details and touch-ups on hair by Dani Fehrmann and make-up by Justina Banet Cabelo Salon Inc with Sarah! Afterwards, we headed towards the courtyard at the hotel with Kevin (after opening his surprise gift from Sarah) to stage the first look, followed by bridal party portraits and personal portraits of the couple before we headed to the ceremony location! The look on Kevin’s face as he turned around to see Sarah in her dress for the first time, so perfect!!

Their outdoor wedding ceremony was held at the outdoor lawn overlooking Tampa Bay at the DoubleTree Suites! Officiated by a great friend of ours and theirs (and a previous groom of ours!), Amit Karr, Sarah and Kevin read their heartfelt vows to each other, exchanged their rings and said their I Do’s in front of all of their friends and family! Following their ceremony, we began to capture the family portraits along with the bridal party and finished the session with Sarah and Kevin’s bridal portraits around the venue!

We then drove over to their wedding reception venue, The Rusty Pelican! Sarah actually designed the ballroom decorations herself, notice the theme?! Hardy & Co DJ and Up-Lighting provided the rocking music and dance lighting throughout the night! The Bridal Florist created the beautiful flowers you can see with the boutineers, bouquets, and throughout the guest tables! The yummy food and drinks were made by the catering team of The Rusty Pelican! After the great dinner, guests could get their pictures taken at the photo booth that was provided by The Fat Chihuahua Entertainment! After some fun dancing, it was time to cut the beautiful wedding cake designed by Moreno Bakery! It was truly a beautiful wedding with Sarah and Kevin, these two are now great friends of ours, and we promise we’re taking these two out to see and photograph the stars soon!!! You hear that Kevin and Sarah?!?! We seriously thank you guys SO much for letting us into your family and for having us be such a big part of your special day! Congratulations guys!!
