Wedding photographer Michael had a great time capturing the intimate wedding of Sam and Nick this past week! We were actually supposed to be in upstate New York capturing their destination wedding at the Colloca Estate Winery, but the history books had other plans for us this summer! Instead, they decided they still wanted to tie the knot on June 6th, so they put together a small wedding ceremony in Nick’s parents’ backyard! They invited their closest family and friends, with wedding floral arrangements from North Port Natural Florist. Nick’s brother wore two hats on the wedding day, serving as their Best Man and officiant! Nick’s parents cooked an absolutely delicious dinner for everyone during their ‘reception’, complete with a Publix wedding cake! We had to make sure we captured photos of Sam and Nick with their unexpected guests, Baby Yodas! Did you happen to catch their party favors as well?! Every guest went home with a roll of toilet paper as a wedding gift, having a bit of fun with their wedding postponement! :)
We are so thankful for such a great wedding day, despite all of the obstacles that Sam and Nick had to face! We even lucked out with shady weather throughout the day, avoiding every storm that came close to us! We are really looking forward to still celebrating with them in New York next year, we cannot wait!!
