The Arts and History Museum in Maitland was the beautiful scenic backdrop to Dean and Eva’s wedding day with their wedding photographer Michael! Eva and Dean live relatively close to Maitland Arts Center, so picking this as their micro-wedding venue was a no-brainer! They kept their wedding small, with less than 10 guests present. They held their ceremony in the Mayan chapel area of the venue, with Gary Davids officiating, and exchanged their rings, vows, and of course the kiss! Everyone then gathered for the signing of their marriage license, followed by formal group photos. Michael then took Dean and Eva around the entire venue for portraits of the two of them. They gave us so much time for portraits, and we always say the more time, the better, so we are SO happy with the variety we were able to capture! They found out that Michael is actually planning his own wedding shortly, so Dean and Eva gave him some great marriage advice, which was so incredibly sweet of them! Michael made sure to include one of our signature double-exposure portraits for them, and at the end of the day, Eva realized she didn’t have anyone to ‘toss the bouquet’ to, so she instead gave Michael her handmade bouquet (that she made herself) to give to Sarah, Michael’s fiance. How sweet is that?! We really cannot thank these two enough for such a wonderful experience, and for trusting us to capture the best of their wedding day! By the way, Sarah LOVED the flowers! Congratulations guys and thank you so much again!
