Hilton Daytona Beach Wedding Photographers

Our wedding photographer Michael was really looking forward to Sara and Andrew’s wedding day, as they traveled him to the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront!  We always love weddings on the beach, there’s always just so much to capture on the coast!  This wedding was also very special for us in particular.  We photographed her sister Jane’s wedding last year, and we unfortunately lost her late last year.  Michael’s assistant Sarah even got to meet her during their engagement session in Miami, so her sister Sara asked that she be with Michael as well.  We were very honored to be with them again for such a big family day!  Sara and Andrew asked that it be a black-tie wedding, and we were also excited that this was one of our first weddings post-pandemic, felt so good to see everyone!

Michael and assistant Sarah (another Sarah lol!) began the wedding day capturing Sara’s bridal preparations, hair and makeup by Gloss Bridal Beauty Bar!  We worked alongside JP with Florida Wedding Videography throughout the day, who was also the videographer for Jane, we loved that he was with us again for Sara and Andrew.  Also, Simply Roses Florist created the beautiful floral arrangements, and check out the sweet lockets on Sara’s bouquet honoring her late dad and sister Jane!  Once Sara and Andrew were both dressed and ready, we captured their bridal party portraits separately, but before we knew it, it was time for their wedding ceremony!

Their outdoor ceremony overlooked the ocean on the verandah of the Hilton Daytona Beach, and the view was gorgeous!  Their officiant was Sara’s uncle, and Sara’s brother walked her down the aisle, so incredibly sweet.  After they exchanged their vows and of course the big kiss, we captured their family portraits, photos with the bridal party, and portraits of them both around the property!

We stepped back inside for their beautiful wedding reception, with their DJ Adam with Mr P’s DJ Service lighting up the room with uplighting!  The Hilton Daytona Beach’s catering team provided the delicious dinner, bar services, and their wedding cake!  Sara and Andrew’s wedding reception was full of such sweet moments, including first dance, family dances, speeches, a blessing, and after dinner it was party time!  They had a goal of spending as much time with people as possible, so they were the only two introduced at the beginning, and once the dancing started, it didn’t stop!  Sara also told Michael that she loves when whoever catches the garter puts it back on whoever caught the bouquet, so we incorporated that into their reception as well!  At the end of the night, we captured their awesome ribbon exit, running through a line of their guests waving the ribbons!  We are so happy that we could spend this big day with them, and we can’t thank them enough for sticking with us through the pandemic!  We wish you two the very best, and you’re part of our family now! :) 💕
