Downtown Orlando Wedding at The Abbey and Mezz

Orlando Wedding Photographer Michael had the pleasure of capturing the intimate wedding ceremony of Stephanie and Scott at The Abbey and the reception at The Mezz in Orlando, Florida! Michael began the day capturing Stephanie’s bridal preparations! The gorgeous floral arrangements were designed by Lee Forrest Design! Once Stephanie was ready, we headed out to The Abbey in Downtown Orlando for their indoor wedding ceremony!

Their ceremony was held right on stage at The Abbey, accompanied by their children as their wedding party! Officiated by Giancarlo Cefalo, they read their vows and sealed the deal with the much-anticipated kiss! Afterwards, along with videographers Dee and Mike from Deenice Productions, we headed outside to capture some family portraits under their custom marquee that said “Introducing Scott and Stephanie 4/21/18”! We then took Stephanie and Scott throughout the Abbey and the Mezz to capture some personal portraits of just them!

Once we were done we headed back into the reception ballroom within The Mezz! The couple entered their reception in style to a clip from the Blues Brothers “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love” scene! The reception looked gorgeous thanks to all the hard work by Jamie and Tara from Jamie O’+ Co and the linens from iRent Everything looked great! From that point the party began with great music provided by Kyle from DJ Doctor and delicious food from Arthurs Catering! During the party, guests could take photo booth pictures by Joseph Humienny from The Flipbook People! For the wedding cake, the couple went a different route. They added mini-wedding cakes to each table as centerpieces. This was a very cool and unique idea! We have to say that Stephanie and Scott’s wedding was incredibly sweet in so many ways!
