We recently captured a four-day corporate conference for ACT at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida! This particular Hyatt offers some beautiful landscape and scenery, indoors and outdoors, which really add some color and ‘pop’ to our corporate photography there! Their first evening included an indoor western-themed reception, with live entertainment and performances! Day two of the conference included seminars, speakers, a scholarship award presentation, and documentation of their Expo show floor in the Grand Cypress Ballroom. This particular client also booked us for our Professional Bio Head Shots for their administrative team, which is certainly advantageous for clients in terms of timing and having everyone in one place already. Day three of the conference included a fun run in the morning, coordinated by Hyatt’s recreation team, followed by classrooms, tema shots, and a small reception in Hyatt’s La Coquina restaurant, a popular wedding reception venue as well! They wrapped up the conference with a fun wine and cheese tasting on the Grandview Terrace. This was such a great, energetic group and conference to photograph, we look forward to seeing them again next year!
