We had the incredible opportunity to photograph this year’s NIRSA Annual Conference right here in Orlando, hosted at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. This marks our 12th year capturing this amazing conference, and it’s always an honor to be part of such a vibrant, wellness-focused community of collegiate recreation professionals! While the majority of the conference took place on-site at Gaylord Palms, the annual golf tournament was hosted offsite at the scenic Celebration Golf Club. It was the perfect way for attendees to network in a relaxed setting while enjoying some fresh air and sunshine.
Back at the resort, the Osceola Ballrooms served as the primary location for the general sessions and keynote presentations. These spaces were designed to accommodate large crowds and delivered excellent staging and production. The expo took place on the first floor in the main Exhibit Hall, where attendees explored the latest in recreation products, services, and industry innovations. Throughout the event, we also captured several outdoor activities and fitness forums scattered across the resort’s open-air courtyards. These areas provided unique and energizing settings for everything from yoga and group fitness to casual wellness meetups.
Photographing the NIRSA conference is always a highlight for us. The energy, camaraderie, and commitment to improving campus recreation make this event something truly special each and every year.
