Steven had such a great time photographing the Audubon Park bike lane activation, a local initiative of the Bike and Roll Day 2022 for the students of Audubon Park K-8 School! This day just happened to coincide with May 4th, so we spotted several students and parents dressed up as their favorite Star Wars characters, and we even documented an epic Jedi battle in the bike path lol!! The City of Orlando implemented this temporary pop-up biking and walking path on Corrine Drive from Maplewood Terrace to Winter Park Road, and asked us to capture photos of students, teachers, and parents using the path! Steven arrived in the morning to capture everyone walking and biking in the lane, and we even spotted several City of Orlando commissioners! This demonstration lane was built to encourage students to walk and bike to school to Audubon Park K-8 School and demonstrated how bike and walking paths can help keep pedestrians safe on busy streets. We absolutely love the safety and eco-initiatives that Audubon Park advocates for our neighborhood and community! We thank the City of Orlando and police for making this awesome demonstration happen!
