Photographer Steven had a great time capturing Jenna’s graduation session right here on the University of Central Florida main campus! Jenna’s mom reached out to us to book the session, and from the very first conversation we were already mapping out our route through campus to hit all of the best spots. We love shooting at UCF and it is such a beautiful campus with so many great backdrops.
We kicked things off at the iconic Knightro statue in front of the Alumni Center, which is always a fun and fitting place to start any UCF grad session. From there, we made our way through the Student Union before heading over to the Reflecting Pond in front of Millican Hall, and the timing could not have been more perfect. We made it right at sunset, and the twilight portraits we captured there were some of our favorites from the session.
Now, let’s talk about Jenna! She came in with so much personality and energy and kept us laughing throughout the entire session, but when it was time to lock in for a shot, she followed directions really well. That combination always makes for a smooth and enjoyable session. We captured a great variety of portraits, some in her cap and gown and some in her gorgeous dress, giving her a nice mix of formal and fun. She also customized her cap with Legend of Zelda references, proving her awesome nerdiness. Steven could relate, but of course it was the ONE Zelda game he hadn’t played!
Jenna, congratulations on earning your degree in Digital Media from UCF! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and cannot wait to see what the future brings. GO KNIGHTS, CHARGE ON! 🖤💛
