We had the pleasure of returning to the Hyatt Regency Orlando<\/a> to capture another incredible annual conference and awards ceremony, an event that continues to raise the bar year after year. This year\u2019s celebration took place in the Plaza Ballroom on the convention side of the hotel, offering a spacious and elevated setting for the evening. The room was beautifully designed, featuring uplighting and a clean stage wash that highlighted each moment. The production team from Encore<\/a>\u00a0delivered a seamless AV setup that truly enhanced the overall experience.<\/p>\n

The evening began with a lively cocktail reception in the foyer, where guests gathered before the main program. A step and repeat photo setup welcomed award recipients and attendees, creating a perfect opportunity for both posed and candid moments. Throughout cocktail hour, we focused on capturing natural interactions while staying close to the step and repeat to accommodate any requested portraits. Before doors opened, we stepped into the ballroom to photograph the room in its final, untouched state, capturing the details, lighting, and overall ambiance that set the tone for the evening.<\/p>\n

Following dinner, the program began with a series of speeches and award presentations. It is always an honor to document these milestones and the genuine excitement that comes with them. After the formal program, the celebration continued with an intimate VIP reception for award winners, along with their friends and family. This portion of the evening offered even more opportunities for candid, meaningful moments in a relaxed setting. Overall, it was a beautifully executed event and a joy to capture from start to finish. We are always grateful to be part of such impactful celebrations and look forward to the next one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
