Photographers Michael and Nelson had a fantastic time capturing the wedding of Amanda and Brian at the Merion Tribute House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! The wedding was a brunch style wedding, meaning the ceremony began at 12, noon! With an early wedding, preparations began quite early in the morning! Thankfully, we had two photographers there to make sure that the time was maximized! With the help of Salon Chloe, Amanda and her girls were ready in record time! Once preparations were over, we captured a super sweet first look between the couple, Brian was almost in tears…almost! We then were able to capture some pictures of the bridal party, as well as sneak in a few portraits of the couple, before the ceremony began! All the of the bridesmaids wore wool shawls, which made them feel like they were on the set of Game of Thrones! Officiated by Russell Atkinson, the ceremony took place in the big hall within the Merion Tribute House and, with their friends and family as witnesses, the couple said their vows and sealed the deal with the kiss! After the ceremony, we captured the family portraits before the start of the reception!

While family portraits were being done, and cocktail hour was happening, the inside of the Merion Tribute House was being transformed into the reception venue! Designs by Katy did a fantastic job with all of the decor which helped transition the house from elegant ceremony venue to a beautiful reception venue! PartyMaster Entertainment kept the tunes going all afternoon! Just because the wedding was earlier in the afternoon, did not mean that the dance floor was not packed! Everyone danced the afternoon away! Brandywine Catering provided the amazing bar and catering services as well as the delicious cake! Once the reception was over we took the couple to Downtown Philadelphia to snap some awesome portraits in front of City Hall as well as their hotel! It was incredibly cold outside, but the couple did a fantastic job! As we took a bunch of photos of them, the couple was getting tons of love from the cars passing by! We cannot thank the couple enough for letting us be part of their big day and we wish them all the best in the future!
