Wedding Photographers St Augustine The White Room

Photographer Steven Miller and assistant Megan had a great time capturing the picturesque wedding of Kira and Jason at The White Room in St. Augustine, Florida! The weather could NOT have been any more beautiful, the day was perfect! The day began at the Bella Bay Inn in St. Augustine, Florida where we headed to meet up with Kira who was finishing up her bridal preparations! Lillie Allen Videography worked beside us for the entire day, and was a blast to work with! Kira’s bridal hair was done by Chelsea Caukin Hair and her make-up by 5th Avenue Makeup! While Kira was getting ready, Jason was in another room in the same hotel also getting ready with all his groomsmen!

Once Kira and Jason were both ready, we staged their first touch and first look in the historic back alleys of St. Augustine! It was so amazing to see their faces as they turned around and saw each other! Tears were certainly flowing, possibly from us as well!! LOL! From there we captured the bridal portraits and personal portraits before we headed to the roof top terrace at The White Room for their outdoor wedding ceremony! The ceremony was officiated by Peggy LaRoche, and upon exchanging their wedding vows and a sand ceremony, they sealed the deal with a kiss!! Once the ceremony concluded we captured their family portraits on the rooftop and proceeded downstairs to the iconic Avenida Menéndez St. to get additional portraits before it was time for their reception back at The White Room!

Back at The White Room their setup looked fantastic, the uplighting, photobooth, and the music which was provided by Beachside Entertainment was keeping everyone rocking all night while the room and tables were decorated beautifully with flowers by Jade Violet Florist! The cake was created by the Bakery at Publix and, to top it off, none of this would not have come together so perfectly without the help of Kelsi and Allen, the day-of coordinators and wedding planners at The White Room! We captured so many fun dances during the wedding reception, and you better believe we were able to sneak Jason and Kira down to the bridge for some extra night portraits with the time we had left before their awesome sparkler sendoff!! This was a wonderful wedding and Kira and Jason were the absolute best! Thank you for letting us capture this special moment, and congrats you two!!
